All new Timber Frame houses are built to the very highest standard, by experienced tradesmen. As standard, all external timbers go through a pressure impregnated treatment. And each house is fitted with Low Energy double glazed windows, and weather treated double glazed exterior doors.
We also have a wide selection of traditional house kits available. These kit houses are built in accordance, with the various styles associated in the Spey Valley, The National Park and surrounding areas.Common changes from standard house kit types include slated roofs, small vestibule porch areas and dormer windows.
Timber Frame houses are usually 1½ and 1¾ storey. AW Laing Ltd are currently completing, and have successfully completed, a wide variety of small developments through out Strathspey and Badenoch, the Cairngorm National Park and surrounding areas.
